Building Management Services include as an overview:

  • An allocated Building Manager, with a dedicated support network.

Defect Management

Defect inspections can be undertaken on behalf of the Developer for Common and Private Lot areas. This is typically undertaken prior to the strata plan registration. We can provide:

  • Dedicated resource for an agreed time period
  • Recording and documenting of all visual defects within the desired software system chosen (i.e. Building Link or MYBOS) or through our own detailed report format
  • Defect reporting as required
  • Inspection of builder rectification
  • Comprehensive Private Lot and Common Area defect reports

Pre-settlement Services

Sky Management understands developers may intend on providing purchasers a settlement day and a period for pre settlement inspections prior to issuing settlement notification, in order to provide a “wow customer experience”. Sky Management would work closely with you to ensure our team is fully briefed on finishes and contract variations. We can provide:

  • Purchaser appointment bookings
  • One hour private appointment with dedicated BGIS representative per lot
  • Meet and greet services
  • Escorting purchasers to lots, car spaces and storage cages
  • Dedicated Sky Management representatives, undertaking inspections walkthroughs
  • Reporting of owner noted defects
