We have had a full time Building Manager on site since the commencement of the contract which has proven to be invaluable. All routine and emergency matters have been handled proficiently and forward planning and the identification of future projects have added another level of management of the Estate.

Sky Management have a sound system of policies and procedures that ensure that all tasks are well managed and documented. The Building Manager is well supported by senior members of the company and the depth of that support along with collective industry knowledge, enables our strata committee to make well informed decisions.

As with all Strata complexes, the management of budget is paramount. The Building Manager assists with the development of our annual budgets and is mindful of all expenditures. Competitive quoting for services is sought and a general “value for money” approach ensures that the funds are spent efficiently and effectively.

The level of support and guidance provided by Sky Management, has put us in a good position over the past 3 years and I am certain will continue to do so moving into the future.

I want to share my experience of moving into The Galleria. I want to really appreciate our building manager Julie. She is an amazing person. I made her wait on Friday waning during moving in as my removalist was late. But she didn’t let me down, she helped my removalist to move my household stuffs safely, guided me throughout the process. She is an excellent building manager and above all she is kind and understanding person. We hardly see genuine people like Julie, glad to have her as our building manager 🙂

I would like to say a huge thanks to Ms. Julie Thatcher for the lovely work that she is doing. I have been dealing with lots of building managers but she is the one who is having  a lots of  Patience To answer our queries.

She is dedicated, punctual, love her job ( very much with a massive knowledge) and the way she assisted us while moving in to the unit no 1205 is amazing. She went above and beyond to help. She deserves the employee of the year with an A++ score.

She is an asset to your company, I can not imagine myself to work under that immense pressure as the building is having multi-million dollar assets .

My first and lasting impression of our Building Management staff was the warm welcome we received, always happy to answer my questions and help in practical ways, I soon felt at home. With time I discovered this was typical of their friendly and professional approach to assist our diverse and multicultural community: owners and residents, as well as trades people, agents and visitors alike.

I am impressed that they are supported by ongoing training, and as Strata Secretary I continue to gain insights into the breadth of their knowledge of the mechanics, engineering aspects and regulatory requirements associated with managing a large and complex inner city tower.
