Coast Quarter consists of 165 apartments within four buildings; Seaview, Fairview, Bayview and Greenview. Seaview and Bayview are heritage restorations. The precinct is home of the Coast Hospital which was renamed in 1934 to Prince Henry Hospital, after the third son of King George V and Queen Mary. The dwellings comprise single floor apartments, loft-bedroom style apartments, a limited number of 2-storey townhouses and penthouses.
